I love being able to be an adviser to my clients

Is there a particular type of finance you specialise in?

I provide assistance to client in both residential and commercial finance.

What is the property market like in your region?

Property is usually highly sought after in my region given it’s vicinity to the eastern beaches and CBD as well as a number of landmark lifestyle locations such as Bondi Beach

Are there any particular suburbs or property types you feel represent growth opportunities in your region?

The south-eastern suburbs are generally more affordable to typical home buyers in Sydney especially with all of the high density supply going up in areas such as Maroubra, Kensington, Zetland and Alexandria.

What’s the one aspect of a loan all borrowers should be aware of?

MS: Understanding the credit criteria of a particular lender in advance of applying to save a tons of hassle and to save time as well as avoiding excessive credit enquiries should a borrower need to apply with another lender.

What are your favourite hobbies?

Golf, bushwalking, reading fiction and visiting beaches across Sydney.

How are you involved in the local community?

I assist a couple charities for causes that I am very passionate about such as the environment.
