Q: Hi I have received contract of sale and vendors statement on a townhouse I'm looking at purchasing, and just have a question regarding Owners Corp. On the vendors statement it reads
"6. Owners corperation. This section 6 only applies if the land is affected by an owners corporation within the meaning of the Owners Corporation Act 2006.
Not applicable"
Does this mean there is no owners corporation?
