Q: hi if you put down a 10% deposit on a house in NSW and before the contracts are exchanged you are unable to go through with the sale do you lose the 10% deposit?
A: Thank you very much for the answers. the agent said for us to put the full 10% down we are not sure if this house is right for us so we put down the deposit on Sunday so i guess the 5 days starts from then we can't thank you so much for your replies
have learnt a lesson here
