Would like some recommendations for a quantity surveyor.

I've contacted BMT and Washington Brown, BMT will carry out a home inspection for the report while Washington Brown stated that they'll do report without an inspection, Fittings details needed only?

You might find their services a little less costly compared to BMT.
Tuan does a full inspection of my client's premises and prepares a detailed survey report that is fully compliant.

I have some clients who have used BMT. I also have used BuildCost in Melbourne. I have not heard any negatives about either.

It appears that Washington Brown are cutting some corners in the process of providing a report.A very qualified quantity surveyor would be conducting a site inspection of the property internally and externally to provide a thorough report maximising depreciation of all fixtures,fittings and plant.This is why I use BMT and Associates and recommend them to my clients.
