Our fixed rate is nearing the end and we have been offered 4% for a 3 year fixed interest only. Should we take it or other there better options?

Hi Jamie,
That’s a decent rate for interest only, I’m assuming it is an investment loan?
There are very few rates lower than that for investment interest only at any LVR
