Hi easy is it to find a low interest loan for investment property without the attached application fees and not many fees and charges involved with added bonus features of a package with a credit card?

I have 2 credit cards and a car loan, my pay isn't the best out there, i was wondering if it would be smart to consolidate all of my debts and who would be the best to do this with? I dont want to have too many inquiries on my credit file

ANZ are removing th American Express card from their Frequen Flyer credit card which I'm not happy about. What's the best card out there with Visa and American Express cards in one package. I spent about $50,000 a year on the card and need an additional card holder. Any suggestions?

What are the major benefits of an offset bank account (if any) for first home buyers? Is this more beneficial for those with older loans.

Our home loan is with one of the major banks and we have been discussing refinancing to get a better rate. In our search, it seems the best rates are with credit unions and lenders we have never heard of. We would like to know what the risks are to move away from the bank?

I had a investment apartment which I purchased in 2010. We brought it for $285k and we put down the deposit of $28k which brought the mortgage on the apartment to $260k. In 2014 we borrowed $10k from the mortgage and in December 2016 we sold the apartment for $275K. My question is, with the $10k that we borrowed from the mortgage, do we have to pay tax on it?

I heard a radio ad promoting Australian biggest home loan sale with Rate City. Is this just marketing ploy for the banks or will they actually be able to help borrowers get people better rates.

The ad said the sale goes for 40 hours, does anyone know how it works?

I am a Tennant in Common with my partner. We contributed evenly for the deposit. Due to our incomes,we agreed he would be responsible for 55% and I would be responsible for 45% of the repayments. Does this mean he owns 55% of the property and I own 45% ?

Hi, I’d like to ask the industry experts on simplyaskit about their opinion on the discussion about first home buyers being able to tap into their superannuation as a means to come up with the deposit to buy their first home. Is it a good idea and should there be any conditions or restrictions to accessing their super?

I would like to get some advice on buying my first home … savings around $50,000 with a full time job as a teacher. I have been looking at properties around $375 – 400,000 and want to know if could buy a property on my own with the money saved or will I need a guarantor?

i run my own business. I like cars and they are my golf membership! I buy 2-3 year old models and follow trade prices. i sell well & typically get close to what i paid (if not more) 12-18 months. have high deposits, 4-5 years & 40% residual. Extinguish within 18 mths. Use chattel mortgage. seeking a 2007-9 car, what options might exist for a little older car?

We are currently looking at a 4 bedroom home in Engadine for $940,000 and have $150,000 to cover deposit, stamp duty and legal fees. My husband’s income is income is $136,000 and I work permanent part time and earn about $67,000. We have 2 kids under 10….. no other debts and would like to know how much we might be able to borrow, thank you?

Hi. I use AFG FLEX as a Mortgage Broker however I find FLEX isnt a great CRM system. It handles loan processing OK, and the SMART marketing is OK - but what I am looking for is a great CRM. I hear about salesforce??
I am looking for help on the best CRM to handle all client interactions/link attachments & emails, along with if I send referrals to referral partners.

How far can the gap between RBA rates and bank rates spread? Is the cost of funds truly growing at the same pace as bank rates are moving upwards? Will the RBA or other governing bodies to anything to stop this if it is actually just profiteering?
