How long have you been in the finance industry?
As a Mortgage Broker in Australia, since March 2017. Prior to this, I worked for Local and international Banks across 2 countries, Australia & Dubai, UAE for over 14 years in a similar role as a lending Manager
Is there any particular part of the finance industry you specialise in?
Residential Home loan lending and I specialise in Investor Loans, Debt Consolidation & First Home Buyers.
What do you do for your customers that sets you apart from other brokers?
I pride myself on my service and delivery and awesome experience with speed and convenience making it easy for my customers & business partners to do Business with me.
What role does communication play in helping you operate a successful business?
My clients call me Mr. Communicator. You have to over service your clients every time to get to serve them.
In my business we have a thumb rule all calls must be returned within 2 business hours and every email must be answered before we close shop.
No one likes waiting not knowing when you are going to respond back. We set clear communication goals with our clients from the outset and it all starts by asking them how do you wish for us to communicate with you what’s your preferred method, for some its phone call, for others its text and some just prefer an email.
You need to understand what suits your customer and to adopt an appropriate communication style suited to them and not to your business.
What would you say to first home buyers who are struggling to get into the property market?
Get Professional help from a Broker as Brokers CARE, and I define CARE as below:
C - Choice
A - Advice
R - Research
E- Education
And the best part for consumers is most brokers don’t charge you a fee for their professional service as they get paid by the successful lender. If the broker does not provide the service they don’t get paid there is a direct relationship here between the service you will get from the broker versus the bank directly as the person working for the bank is going to get paid irrespective whether they do your loan application and get you the outcome you want or no.

Reputation is everything. Protect it
